The Acoustic Technologies FR01-V2 is an extremely compact, trapezoidal shaped loudspeaker cabinet, loaded with a highly efficient 12” bass-mid transducer and a proprietary 1” high frequency compression driver coupled to a high density horn flare. Two different horn flares are available, providing dispersion patterns of 100°(H) x 40°(V) for single box applications or 50°(H) x 40°(V) for multi-cabinet arrays. The optimised passive crossover network is an integral component of this superb loudspeaker design.
The FR01-V2 offers superb full range audio reproduction, totally uncompromised by the compact cabinet dimensions. The smooth extended frequency response ensures excellent vocal reproduction, free from any colouration or distortion.
The FR01-V2 is equally at home as a stand alone system or as a component in larger flown array applications. The addition of sub-bass cabinets provides the ultimate compact, high power, high performance sound reinforcement system. The FR01-V2 is the obvious answer to any serious sound engineer’s requirements.
The FR01-V2 is available with many finish and hardware options making for a truly versatile and professional full range loudspeaker cabinet.

The FR01-V2 enclosure is constructed of high quality 18mm Finnish Birch Ply. A wide range of hardware, grille and cabinet finishing options are available. The transducers are protected by a rugged expanded steel grille. Acoustically transparent PVC foam is bonded to the mesh, providing a durable, visually appealing finish.
The FR01-V2 passive crossover provides a seamless transition between the transducers. The crossover frequency is selected to enhance the already superb performance of the individual components. Great care is taken to ensure that a phase coherent output is maintained across the entire audio bandwidth.
Sensitivity, Maximum Power and SPL measurements are conducted in accordance with the AES 24 Hour Pink Noise Standard. Acoustic Technologies reserve the right to alter or amend the FR01-V2, without prior warning in the interests of product improvement.
