Acoustic Technologies’ commitment to engineering superior loudspeaker products is exemplified in the FR21A, a full range self powered loudspeaker system providing exceptional performance in a broad range of professional sound reinforcement applications.
The FR21A employs a highly efficient 12” Neodymium low frequency transducer in a ported enclosure and an advanced 1 x 1.4”/1” exit H.F. compression driver coupled to a H.F. waveguide developed specifically for this cabinet.
The FR21A is powered by a new generation Powersoft Class D Module with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) which features an integrated Switch Mode Power Supply. The amplifier module provides Soft Limit and Thermal Overload protection, balanced XLR audio connectors, a Gain Trim control, Preset Select switch and a PowerCon® mains inlet. The Preset Select switch changes settings in the factory programmed DSP to provide superb performance for all applications.
The cabinet is constructed from premium grade Birch ply finished in black AcoustiCoate. A perforated steel mesh grille protects the system components. The FR21A offers remarkable versatility for all applications. The cabinet’s hardware includes rigging track on the top panel for safe suspension and an industry standard pole-mount adaptor. Recessed hand grips are provided for easy handling.
The FR21A is a truly professional loudspeaker system offering extremely high output with a smooth extended frequency response, eminently suitable for all music and vocal reproduction. such as corporate audio/video presentations, live music production, worship production and theatre performances.

The FR21A enclosure is constructed of high quality void free 18mm Finnish Birch Ply.
Sensitivity, Maximum Power and SPL measurements are conducted in accordance with the AES 24 Hour Pink Noise Standard.
