The Acoustic Technologies Groundswell 6000 is the latest generation low frequency cabinet. A fundamentally new design approach was applied early in the design stages utilising a complex combination of tuned reflex and partial short horn loading techniques. The result is a sub bass loudspeaker system of truly exceptional performance employing two 3000 Watt 18″ transducers providing a full power response to 25Hz at an unrivalled sensitivity of 101dB at 1 watt, 1 metre.
The Groundswell 6000 anticipates the special requirements for large scale multi-cabinet applications. The cabinet’s frontal area has been kept to an absolute minimum. Locating strips on the cabinet’s top and bottom surfaces facilitate safe and secure cabinet stacking.
The Groundswell 6000 is a remarkably compact and easily transported sub bass enclosure, eminently suited to all manner of pro-audio applications including arena scale Touring Concert Systems, Dance Clubs, Cinemas and Houses of Worship.
The Groundswell 6000 is available with many finish and hardware options making for a truly versatile and professional sub bass loudspeaker cabinet.

The Groundswell 6000 enclosure is constructed of high quality 18 & 24mm Finnish Birch Ply. A wide range of hardware, grille and cabinet finishing options are available.
The transducers are protected by a rugged expanded steel grille. Acoustically transparent material is bonded to the mesh, providing a durable, visually appealing finish.
