Parklands Christian Centre is one of the largest churches in Brisbane’s South West. Measuring approximately 30 x 30 metres, the main auditorium has a seating capacity of around 1000. The centre provides the local community with a number of services ranging from regular church services to complete live productions.
The Church recently decided to upgrade its’ sound system. After tenders from several contractors, they decided to purchase an Acoustic Technologies Sound System.
The Acoustic Technologies solution came in the form of a Line Array System. Four MLA01 cabinets on either side of the stage uniformly cover the auditorium, with enough SPL for even the largest live productions. Sub Bass is taken care of by two BB05 dual 18” subwoofers. Eight ALA02’s evenly spaced across the width of the stage ensure intelligibility in the front rows and all system processing is handled by two DSM-226 digital system management processors.
